| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu hospodářské činnosti vybraného subjektu Zdravotnické záchranné služby Plzeňského kraje, příspěvkové organizace. Cílem práce je vytvoření návrhu a zavedení nové hospodářské činnosti dané organizace. Smyslem návrhu je zajištění organizace proti současné ekonomické krizi a případným budoucím neočekávaným krizovým opatřením týkající se omezování provozu hospodářské činnosti a zajištění navýšení příjmů z vlastní hospodářské (komerční) činnosti potřebných jako dodatečný zdroj dofinancování činnosti hlavní. Je řešena obecná problematika příspěvkové organizace, její finanční hospodaření a finanční analýza. V praktické části je zpracován návrh konkrétní hospodářské činnosti spolu s nákladovou a výnosovou kalkulací ve zvoleném období 2023 - 2026 a analýzou ekonomických ukazatelů. Spolu s implementací návrhu je vypracována vnitropodnikové směrnice, metodika účtování a analýza rizik v rámci udržitelnosti činnosti. V závěru práce je doporučena optimální varianta efektivity realizace navržené hospodářské činnosti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This master thesis deals with an analysis of the economic activity of the chosen subject Emergency Medical Service of the Pilsen Region, a publicly co-funded organization. The aim of the thesis is to create a proposal and introduction of new economic activity of the organization. The purpose of the proposal is to secure the organization against the current economic crisis and possible future unexpected crisis measures related to limiting the operation of the economic activity and to ensure an increase in income from its own economic (commercial) activity needed as an additional source of financing the main activity. The general issues of the contributory organisation, its financial management and financial analysis are addressed. In the practical part, a proposal for a specific economic activity is prepared, together with cost and revenue calculations for the selected period 2023-2026 and an analysis of economic indicators. Together with the implementation of the proposal, the internal guidelines, accounting methodology and risk analysis within the framework of sustainability of the activity are developed. Finally, the optimal variant of the efficiency of the implementation of the proposed economic activity is recommended. | en |
