| dc.description.abstract | Táto diplomová práca analyzuje liberálny medzinárodný poriadok v kontexte nastupujúcich veľmocí, pričom sa konkrétne zameriava na prípad Číny, Indie a Ruskej federácie. Práca aplikuje interpretatívny výskumný prístup, s cieľom identifikovať vzťah skúmaných krajín k liberálnemu medzinárodnému poriadku. Práca je členená nasledovne. Prvá kapitola predstavuje koncept liberálneho medzinárodného poriadku a približuje čitateľovi hlavné teoretické poznatky vyplývajúce z výskumu tohto fenoménu. Osobitná pozornosť je venovaná liberalistickej percepcii liberálneho poriadku, ktorá je následne konfrontovaná s realistickou kritickou reflexiou. Druhá kapitola je venovaná operacionalizácii, ako aj opisu procesu vyhodnocovania jednotlivých prípadových štúdií. Pri každej skúmanej krajine sa zameriavame na tri kľúčové dimenzie liberálneho medzinárodného poriadku: ekonomickú, ktorú skúmame prostredníctvom aplikovanej colnej sadzby, bezpečnostnú, ku ktorej pristupujeme cez obchod s konvenčnými zbraňami a normatívnu, ktorú analyzujme cez hlasovanie v rámci OSN ako aj podniknutých krokov v oblasti globálneho šírenia demokracie. Následné kapitoly predstavujú už analytickú časť práce, v ktorých analyzujeme vzťah Číny, Ruska a Indie k jednotlivým vymedzeným dimenziám liberálneho medzinárodného poriadku. Hlavným výstupom práce je identifikácia postojov skúmaných krajín k liberálnemu medzinárodnému poriadku, na základe ktorej pristupujeme k vymedzeniu typológie ich prístupov k liberálnemu medzinárodnému usporiadaniu. Práca tak rozlišuje medzi defenzívno-demokratickým, systémovo-oportunistickým a revizionistickým prístupom. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis analyzes the liberal international order in the context of emerging great powers, with a particular focus on the cases of China, India, and the Russian Federation. The thesis adopts an interpretative research approach in order to identify the attitudes of the examined countries toward the liberal international order. The structure of the thesis is as follows: The first chapter introduces the concept of the liberal international order and outlines the main theoretical insights derived from research on this phenomenon. Special attention is paid to the liberal perception of the international order, which is subsequently confronted with a critical reflection from the realist school of thought. The second chapter is devoted to the operationalization process as well as the description of the evaluation procedure for each case study. For each examined country, the focus is placed on three key dimensions of the liberal international order: the economic dimension, analyzed through applied tariff rates; the security dimension, approached through the trade in conventional weapons; and the normative dimension, examined through voting patterns within the United Nations and initiatives related to the global promotion of democracy. The subsequent chapters represent the analytical part of the thesis, in which the attitudes of China, Russia, and India towards the defined dimensions of the liberal international order are examined. The main output of the thesis is the identification of the attitudes of the examined countries toward the liberal international order, based on which a typology of their approaches to the liberal international system is developed. The thesis distinguishes between a defensive-democratic, a system-opportunistic, and a revisionist approach. | en |
