dc.description.abstractDen 1. 11. 1781 se do historie českého lidu zapsal jako den osvobození českého selského stavu od vykořisťování. Ovšem, než k tomuto dni došlo, utrpěl český venkov mnoho ran, a to jak ze strany církve a vrchnosti, tak ale i ze strany panovnické, která spíše podporovala práva vrchností. Pod vlivem osvícenských myslitelů začala Marie Terezie, ale hlavně její následovník Josef II., upravovat vrchnostensko-poddanský vztah a stavět se na stranu utlačovaných poddaných. Samotný Patent o zrušení nevolnictví se setkal s obrovským odporem ze strany vrchnosti, která oponovala, že nic takového jako nevolnictví vlastně neexistuje, tím pádem není co rušit. Pravdou je, že nic takového nikdy nebylo právně zakotveno, ovšem v praktické rovině existovala skutečnost, že měla vrchnost možnost násilím si udržet pracovní sílu tedy nevolníky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe 1st of November 1781 saw the liberation of all Czech people from labour exploitation. People from the countryside had suffered a great deal. Under the thumb of enligtenment thinkers Maria Theresia and mainly her successor Joseph II. began to edit the relationship between serfs and lords and stand on the side of serfs. The abolition of serfom Law met a huge impatiance from the lords, who always denied the serfdom actually existed, and therefore had thought abolition unnecessary. The true is that anything like this has never been ensue in law, but in practical terms there was the fact that the lords had the opportunity to forcibly keep the workforce the serfs.en
