dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou příkazu DNR z pohledu všeobecných sester. DNR je důležité etické, právní a klinické rozhodnutí, které ovlivňuje poskytování zdravotní péče pacientům v terminálním stádiu onemocnění nebo v situacích, kdy by resuscitace nebyla přínosná. Všeobecné sestry hrají klíčovou roli v procesu péče o tyto pacienty, a proto je důležité porozumět jejich vnímání, zkušenostem a výzvám, kterým v souvislosti s DNR čelí. Práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část vychází z odborných publikací, věnuje se definici DNR, právním a etickým aspektům, roli všeobecných sester v tomto procesu a specifikům ošetřovatelské péče. Empirická část přináší výsledky výzkumu zaměřeného na zkušenosti a postoje všeobecných sester k příkazu DNR, včetně aspektů komunikace s pacienty, jejich rodinami a spolupráce s lékaři. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 5 participantů z různých oddělení. Rozhovory byly nahrány a následně přepsány do textové podoby. Data byla analyzována pomocí otevřeného kódování. Z výsledků rozhovorů vyplývá, že sestry považují DNR za rozhodnutí lékaře, které musí respektovat, ale vnímají potřebu jasnějších pravidel a lepší komunikace s rodinami pacientů. Jako doporučení pro praxi jsme vznesli návrh pro zlepšení implementace DNR, který obsahuje jednotlivé body vedoucí ke zkvalitnění péče o pacienty s DNR.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis addresses the issue of DNR orders from the perspective of nurses. DNR is an important ethical, legal and clinical decision that affects the delivery of healthcare to patients in the terminal stage of illness or in situations where resuscitation would not be beneficial. Nurses play a key role in the process of caring for these patients and therefore it is important to understand their perceptions, experiences and the challenges they face in relation to DNR. This thesis is divided into theoretical and practical sections. The theoretical part is based on professional publications and focuses on the definition of DNR, legal and ethical aspects, the role of general nurses in this process and the specifics of nursing care. The empirical part presents the results of a research focused on the experiences and attitudes of general nurses towards DNR orders, including aspects of communication with patients, their families and collaboration with physicians. Five participants from different departments took part in the research. The interviews were recorded and then transcribed into text form. Data were analysed using open coding. The results of the interviews showed that nurses consider DNR as a physician's decision to be respected, but perceive the need for clearer rules and better communication with patients' families. As recommendations for practice, we made a proposal for improving DNR implementation that includes individual points leading to improved care for patients with DNR.en
