dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce seznámí s podstatou a obsahem nejdůležitějšího ústavního východiska České republiky, tedy imperativem nezměnitelnosti podstatných náležitostí demokratického právního státu. Dále popisuje vznik a podstatu myšlenky materiálního ohniska a jeho podobu v jiných evropských státech. Diplomová práce dále definuje možnosti ochrany materiálního ohniska a roli Ústavního soudu při této ochraně. V poslední části pak popisuje některé nezměnitelné ústavní hodnoty, jako je svrchovanost lidu, ochranu základních práv a svobod, volnou soutěž politických stran, územní samosprávu, nezměnitelnost materiálního ohniska a další.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis introduced the form and the content of the most important constitutional base of the Czech Republic, which is called the imperative of inflexibility of the democratic legal state. The thesis also describes the origin and the essence of the material focus idea and also the form of material focus in other European countries. Then the thesis defines possibilities of the material focus protection and the role of the Constitutional Court in this protection. The last part of this thesis describes some of the inalterable constitutional values. For example the sovereignty of the nation, protection of the fundamental rights and freedoms, free political competition, local government, inflexibility of material focus etc.en
