dc.description.abstractS neočekávaným a rychlým nástupem pandemie Covid-19 v letech 2020 - 2022 přichází protipandemická opatření a dopady pandemie samotné, která, mimo jiné, měla velký dopad na podnikatelé v gastronomii a na podnikatele v profesi účetní. V této studii analyzuji rozhovory s 25 konverzačními partnery a zjišťuji, zdali podnikatelé v restauratérství museli zapojit více forem aktivního přístupu k záchraně svého podniku, a jestli utrpěli více závažné dopady pandemie na jejich podnikání, ve srovnání s účetními podnikateli. Dospívám k závěru, že podnikatelé profese restauratérské museli opravdu vynaložit více strategií k záchraně svého podnikání a účetní profese utrpěla stejně tak závažné vlivy pandemie, jako profese restauratérská.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedWith the unexpected and rapid onset of the Covid-19 pandemic in the years 2020-2022, anti-pandemic measures and the impacts of the pandemic itself emerged, which, among other things, had a significant impact on entrepreneurs in the gastronomy sector and accounting professionals. In this study, I analyze interviews with 25 conversational partners to determine whether entrepreneurs in the restaurant industry had to employ more forms of active intervention to rescue their businesses and whether they suffered more severe impacts of the pandemic on their businesses compared to accounting entrepreneurs. I conclude that entrepreneurs in the restaurant industry indeed had to deploy more strategies to rescue their businesses, and the accounting profession experienced equally severe impacts of the pandemic as the restaurant industry.en
