| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálními problémy střídavé a společné péče o děti po rozvodu. Nejprve se zabývá obecně vývojem rodinného práva, dále českou právní úpravou, která se na tyto instituty porozvodové péče vztahuje. Především se však zabývá podstatnými nálezy Ústavního soudu ČR zabývajícími se touto problematikou. Na závěr práce je srovnání právní úpravy s cizí právní úpravou a pohled de lege ferenda. | cs |

In the first part, the evolution of family law is tackled, together with the respective Czech legal provisions. Main focus is put on the analysis of relevant judgements of the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic.
