| dc.description.abstract-translated | This study contributes to empirical evidence of semi-strong market efficiency focused on emerging stock market, specifically examines the investor reaction on published macroeconomics information on the stock index PX-GLOB. Using an event study approach and abnormal returns methodology the authors verify the reaction of selected macroeconomic indicators such as GDP, inflation rate, unemployment rate or interest rate during the time-period from 2020 to 2023.
