| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá ekonomickým hodnocením investice do budovy víceúčelového zařízení a ekonomickým hodnocením dílčí investice do zateplení této budovy. Mapuje několik let hospodaření objektu. Je zpracován rozpočet na další období. Je vypracována kalkulace nákladů jednotlivých prostor v objektu. K hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti jsou použita kritéria čistá současná hodnota, vnitřní výnosové procento a doba návratnosti. | cs |
