dc.description.abstractPráce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. První část obsahuje ucelené informace o kolorektálním karcinomu. Nachází se zde anatomický a fyziologický popis tlustého střeva. Dále se v textu nalézají informace o prevenci tohoto nádorového onemocnění, jeho vzniku, průběhu i léčbě. Po uceleném přehledu se objevuje problematika stomií a výživy onkologicky nemocných. Obsahem praktické části diplomové práce jsou výsledky výzkumného šetření, které probíhalo u studentů závěrečných ročníků ve studijním programu Ošetřovatelství. Výsledky výzkumu mohou pomoci při výuce kolorektálního karcinomu. Zřetel by měl být brán především na okruhy, ve kterých si studenti nebyli zcela jistí. Výsledky mohou být též publikovány na studentských i odborných konferencích, nebo jako článek v odborných časopisech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe work is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and the practical. The first part contains compact information of the colorectal cancer. There is anatomical and physiological description of the colon. Furthermore, the text has the information on prevention of this tumor disease, its origin, continuance and treatment. After a compact overview the issue of stoma and nutrition for oncological patients appears. The summary of the practical part of the thesis are results from survey, which took place at the final year students in nursing degree programs. Research results can help in teaching the topic of colorectal cancer. Consideration should be primarily taken on areas in which students were not entirely sure. Results may also be published at student and specialized conferences, or as an article in specialized magazines.en
