| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá radioterapeutickou léčbou karcinomu prostaty a její toxicitou. V teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie a patologie prostaty, dále epidemiologie, klasifikace, diagnostika a léčba karcinomu prostaty, ale především se zaměřuje na radioterapii a její nežádoucí účinky. Praktickou část bakalářské práce tvoří kvalitativní výzkum, který nám popisuje projevy akutní i chronické genitourinární a gastrointestinální toxicity u jednotlivých pacientů. Výzkum se skládá z kazuistik 6 pacientů ve věku 60 86 let s karcinomem prostaty, kteří podstoupili radioterapeutickou léčbu na Onkologické a radioterapeutické klinice Fakultní nemocnici v Plzni. | cs |

The theoretical part contains a brief description of anatomy, pathology, epidemiology, classification and treatment of prostate cancer and concentrates especially on radiotherapy contraindications. The second part consists of qualitative research illustrating manifestations of genitourinary a gastrointestinal toxicity at individual patients.
