dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce s názvem Význam ERCP při diagnóze a léčbě onemocnění žlučových cest je rozdělena do dvou částí, na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a patologie anatomických struktur. Dále popisujeme základní zobrazovací metody požívané při diagnostice a terapii onemocnění žlučových cest a detailní popis metody ERCP. Praktická část je zpracována formou kazuistik. Vybrali jsme pět kazuistik, které se týkají zobrazovacích metod používaných k diagnostice a léčbě onemocnění žlučových cest a ukazují důležitost postavení ERCP v této problematice.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis with the title "ERCP significance in the diagnosis and treatment of the biliary tract diseases" is comprised of two parts theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a description of the anatomy and pathology of anatomical structures. Below we describe basic imaging methods used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the biliary tract and a detailed description of ERCP. The practical part is compiled in the form of case interpretation. We have selected five case interpretations of the imaging methods, which are used in diagnosis and treatment of the diseases of the biliary tract and show the importance of ERCP's position in this issue.en
