dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je založena na analýze kalkulací a rozpočtů ve společnosti Panasonic AVC Networks Czech, s. r. o. Tato práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. Část teoretická je věnována charakterizováním plánu, kalkulace a rozpočtu. Kromě toho jsou v teoretické části vysvětleny základní metody a druhy kalkulací a rozpočtů spolu s procesem kontroly. Na část teoretickou navazuje část praktická, která se zabývá představením společnosti a jejích informačních systémů. Velká část práce je zaměřena na analyzování plánů společnosti, způsobu procesu výpočtu jednotlivých položek kalkulací a rozpočtů, které se ve společnosti sestavují. V závěru praktické části je uvedeno zhodnocení a navržena určitá opatření, která by společnosti měla v řešených oblastech pomoci ke zlepšení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe present thesis is based on analysis of calculations and budgets of company Panasonic AVC Networks Czech, s. r. o. This thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the characterization of plan, calculation and budget. In addition, the theoretical section explains the basic methods and types of calculations and budgets along with the process of control. The theoretical part is a follow up to the practical part, which is aimed at introduction of company and its information system. The great part of the thesis is focused on analyzing the company's plans, method of calculation process of individual items of calculations and budgeting, which are compiled in the company. In conclusion the practical part presents evaluation and determine measures that the company should help to improve the settled areas.en
