dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce si klade za úkol definování pojmů adheze a koheze, popis systému tenká vrstva-substrát a zaměří se převážně na adhezivně-kohezivní vlastnosti, které na rozhraní tohoto systému působí. V experimentální části budou podrobeny vzorky řadě testů a na jejich základě se určí z vybraných systémů nejvhodnější kombinace tloušťky tenké vrstvy a tvrdosti substrátu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis aims to define the terms of adhesion and cohesion, a description of the thin film-substrate system and it focuses mainly on adhesive-cohesive properties that operates on interface of this system. In experimental part there will be series of tests taken on the samples and on the basis of selected systems the best combination of thin film thickness and hardness of the substrate will be determined.en
