dc.description.abstract-translatedAgility is a critical aspect of contemporary business management, allowing companies to efficiently adapt to evolving external and internal market and customer demands. Therefore, it is essential for businesses to continuously integrate agile methodologies and approaches that foster swift decision-making, transparent communication, and ongoing innovation. This research aimed to develop a self-assessment methodology for evaluating a company's agility grade, providing a guide to determine its feasibility and usability for managers in practice through its application in a selected company. To accomplish this, an analysis of secondary sources was performed, forming the foundation for creating an agility maturity model and assessment frameworks consisting of agile principles, agility dimensions and agility elements. Using this model and frameworks, we evaluated the accuracy and applicability of various questionnaires by conducting several surveys in a specific company. The results were analysed using the Scorecard method, Euclidean distance method, and Standard Deviation. The findings indicated that the agility grade of the company under observation was 3.00, indicating a high grade of agility. Additionally, we found that there are two dimensions: Organisation and Processes, technologies, systems and two agile principles: speed and innovativeness, where the company should focus in order to achieve a total highest grade of agility.en
