dc.description.abstractVe své bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienty s fibrilací síní. Teoretická část je zaměřena na anatomii srdce a cév, na arytmie se zaměřením na fibrilaci síní a problematiku různých typů léčby. Praktická část byla zpracována metodou kvalitativního výzkumu, kdy jsme u dvou pacientů zpracovali ošetřovatelský proces, pomocí něhož jsme zjišťovali informovanost o antikoagulační léčbě u pacientů s fibrilací síní. Porovnávali jsme pacienty s různým typem fibrilace síní, odlišnou léčbou arytmie a s rozdílnou antikoagulační léčbou. Z mého šetření vyplynulo, že edukace pacientů o antikoagulační léčbě je nedostačující. Jedním z hlavních cílů mé práce bylo vytvoření návrhu na edukační materiál, který jsme nabídli pacientům jako brožuru.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe practical part is compiled by a kvalitative research method, containing the nursing care of two patients, by which level of information about anticoagulative atrial fibrillation treatment was discovered. We were comparing patients with various types of AF, different arrhythmia treatment and anticoagulative therapy. The unsufficient patient education about anticoagulative therapy is obvious from my conclusion. One of the main aims of my work was the creation of an education material proposal, that we offered to patients as an information leaflet. This is a brief thesis description, without any description and usedmethods, but with result.en
