dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou digitalizace malých a středních podniků. Cílem práce je uceleně shrnout teoretické poznatky ohledně rozdílů vnímání pojmu digitalizace, vysvětlení jeho součinných, ale neodlučitelných částí jako jsou informační systémy a Industry 4.0, přičemž je kladen důraz na vysvětlení významnosti tohoto konceptu v kontextu malých a středních podniků. Následně si tato práce klade za cíl nalézt odpovědi na hlavní otázky, které identifikují z provedeného dotazníkového šetření a následného statistického zpracování významné faktory, jež mají negativní či pozitivní efekt na výsledné kladné přijetí digitalizačního procesu v prostředí malých a středních podniků. Tento cíl je podpořen následně zpracovaným sekundárním výzkumem či doprovodným grafickým zpracováním, jenž přináší díky svému zacílení nová zjištění či vhled do zkoumané problematiky. Výstupy této práce slouží k možnostem zaměření se na kritické oblasti digitalizace malých a středních podniků, následné detailní výzkumy zaměřené striktně na jednotlivé identifikované významné oblasti a diskuzím o těchto zjištěních a problematice jejich odstranění. Autor této práce rovněž poskytuje určitá doporučení, jež by měly malé a střední podniky učinit k nápravě těchto zjištěných kritických bodů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe master thesis deals with the issue of digitization of small and medium-sized enterprises. The aim of the thesis is to comprehensively summarize the theoretical knowledge regarding the differences in the perception of the concept of digitization, explaining its interacting but inseparable parts such as information systems and Industry 4.0, with an emphasis on explaining the relevance of this concept in the context of SMEs. Subsequently, this thesis aims to find answers to the main questions that identify, from the questionnaire survey conducted and the subsequent statistical processing, significant factors that have a negative or positive effect on the resulting acceptance of the digitization process in the SME environment. This main goal is supported by the subsequent secondary research or accompanying graphical outputs, which, due to their focus, bring new findings or insights into the researched problematic. The outputs of this thesis aim to provide opportunities to focus on critical areas of SME digitization, which can be followed by detailed investigations focusing strictly on each of the identified and significant areas, and also it should serve for discussions of those findings and the challenges how to deal with them. The author of this thesis also provides some recommendations that SMEs should follow to start the process of removing those mentioned critical points.en
