dc.description.abstractHlavním tématem této diplomové práce je Evropská unie jako federativní politický systém. První část práce se zabývá federalismem jakožto teoretickým konceptem. V této části jsou popsány dva hlavní směry federalismu, od dvou významných autorů Altiera Spinelliho a Jeana Monneta. Tato část zároveň obsahuje klasifikaci politických uskupení podle stupně federalismu od Daniela J. Elazara. Druhá část práce je zaměřena prakticky a zabývá se průběhem evropské integrace od svého počátku v padesátých letech, přes celou druhou polovinu 20. století, až k současnému vývoji, který vyvrcholil v podobě přijetí Lisabonské smlouvy. Závěr práce shrnuje všechny body a odpovídá na otázku, která byla položena na začátku práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe main theme of this final study is The European Union as a federal political system. The first part of this study discusses federalism as a theoretical concept. In this part, there are introduced the two main concepts of the european integration by the two lead authors of this theme Jean Monnet and Altiero Spinelli. This part also contains a classification of political groups according to the degree of federalism by Daniel J. Elazar. The second part focuses on practice and deals with the course of the European integration from its very beginning in the 1950s, through the whole second half of the 20th century, up to the current development which has culminated with adoption and implementation of the Lisbon Treaty. The conclusion of the study summarizes all issues and answers the question posed at the beginning of the work.en
