dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá základními lidskými právy v Evropské unii. Vymezuje pojem a klasifikaci těchto práv. Vychází z historického exkurzu do problematiky vývoje lidských práv, jehož výsledky odráží v další části práce, kde se hovoří o ochraně lidských práv v rámci Evropské unie. Hovoří o porušování lidských práv a svobod, o sankcích, uvádí příklady judikátů Soudního dvoru Evropské unie a Evropského soudu pro lidská práva, poukazuje na některá jejich rozdílná rozhodnutí v podobných věcech. V práci jsou odraženy i případové studie lidských práv a základní právní dokumenty zabývající se otázkou lidských práv v evropském právním prostoru a bezprostředně v Evropské unii. Závěr práce se krátce věnuje stávající a možné budoucí právní úpravě kontrolního mechanismu dodržování lidských práv.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This Diploma Thesis considers fundamental human rights in the European Union, it provides their definition and classification. A gradual discussion of their problematics contains key historical milestones which depict the progress of the human rights with time. The results are reflected in the next part of the thesis which describes their protection in the European Union. Furthermore, it discusses violations of human rights and freedom along with sanctions. It provides various examples of case laws of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights with a particular focus on those in which both Courts decided differently on similar matters. It reflects case studies about human rights and basic legal documents which concern the issues of human rights in the European Legal Space and in the European Union. The final part of the Thesis is dedicated to the current and future legal framework of the control mechanism concerning respect for human rights.	en
