dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je problematika respektování soukromí u pacientů hospitalizovaných na jednotce intenzivní péče (JIP). Práce se skládá z části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se věnuje lidským potřebám a jejich uspokojování. Dále práce ukazuje pohled pacienta z hlediska uspokojování jeho potřeby soukromí na JIP, popisuje rozdílné vnímání žen a mužů, pacientů mladšího a staršího věku. Je zde také podrobněji popsáno zaměření JIP, funkce, vybavení JIP.Praktická část je založena na výzkumném šetření, které jsem uskutečnila na JIP Rokycanské nemocnice a.s. Kvantitativní šetření bylo provedeno formou anonymního dotazníku. Cílem dotazníku bylo zjistit, zda je u hospitalizovaných na JIP zabezpečeno soukromí, jakými způsoby zajišťuje personál potřebu soukromí, zmapovat rozdílné vnímání mužů, žen a pacientů mladšího a staršího věku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of the bachelors thesis is the issue of respect for privacy of patients hospitalized in the ICU. Thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with human needs and their satisfaction. The thesis also shows a view of the patient in terms of meeting the needs privacy in the ICU, describes the different perceptions of women and men, patients younger and older age. There is also described in detail the focus ICU, features, equipment ICU.The practical part is focused on the research, that I conducted in the ICU of the Rokycanys hospital. The quantitative survey was conducted by means of an anonymous questionnaire. The aim of the survey was to determine, if it is in hospitalized pacients in ICU ensure privacy, how this ensures staff and to map the different perceptions of men and women and in patients younger and older age.en
