dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce poukazuje na důležitost řádného a kompletního edukačního záznamu v praxi. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojem edukace, detailně popisuje jednotlivé fáze edukačního procesu a zaměřuje se na specifika dokumentování celého procesu edukace. Je zde nastíněna každodenní edukační aktivita všeobecné sestry z hlediska preventivní a ošetřovatelské péče. Praktická část obsahuje kvantitativní výzkumné šetření, které zjišťuje úroveň dokumentování edukace v ošetřovatelské praxi a názor všeobecných sester na zkoumanou problematiku. Na základě výsledků byla vytvořena edukační brožura pro všeobecné sestry, jejíž součástí je edukační leták.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with an importance of decent and completed educational record in practice. Theoretical part explains the concept of education, describes particular phases of educational process in details and focuses on specifics of documentation of the whole process. This part outlines everyday educational nurse activity from both preventive and nursing care poits of view. The practical part includes a quantitive research which detects the level of educational documentation in nursing care and nurse opinion on the researched issues. An educational brochure and leaflet for nurses have been created on the basis of the research results.en
