| dc.description.abstract | Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou sociální služby pro migrující rodiny s dětmi do věku 3 let. Migrující rodiče mají obtížnou pozici kvůli dvěma rolím, které zastávají: roli rodiče a roli migranta. Obě role jsou obtížné a jsou postaveny na přizpůsobení. Kvůli obtížnosti svého postavení potřebují rodiče migranti pomoc s věcmi, které sami nezvládnou. Tuto pomoc mohou zprostředkovat sociální služby, které jim mohou usnadnit život v cizí zemi. Cílem této práce je zjistit potřebnost sociálních služeb pro migrující rodiče s dětmi předškolního věku. Dalším cílem je zjistit, zda by vůbec měly smysl a jak by jim mohly pomoci. Mezi mé výzkumné otázky patří: Jsou organizace pro migrující rodiny s dětmi do 3 let potřebné? Měly by migrující rodiny s dětmi do 3 let vůbec zájem je využívat? Snažím se zjistit, jak a proč věci fungují. V této práci jsem použila kvalitativní výzkum, konkrétně polostrukturované rozhovory. Ty byly následně vedeny s rodinami migrantů s dětmi do tří let a také se sociálními pracovníky. Je na čase vzít si příklad ze zahraniční praxe, kde si s touto problematikou vědí rady. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of this bachelor thesis is social services for migrant families with children under 3 years of age. Migrant parents have a difficult position because of the two roles they occupy: the role of parent and the role of migrant. Both roles are difficult and are built on adjustment. Because of the difficulty of their position, migrant parents need help with things they cannot do on their own. This help can be provided by social services that can make life in a foreign country easier for them. The aim of this paper is to determine the need for social services for migrant parents with preschool children. Another aim is to find out whether they would make sense at all and how they could help them. My research questions include: are organisations for migrant families with children under 3 years old needed? Would migrant families with children under 3 even be interested in using them? I am trying to find out how and why things work. In this thesis I used qualitative research, specifically semi-structured interviews. These were subsequently conducted with migrant families with children under three and also with social workers. It is time to take an example from foreign practice, where they know how to deal with this issue. | en |
