dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zvyšování adherence u léčby kardiovaskulárních onemocnění. Tato práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelské intervence, které využívají sestry v praxi při podpoře zdraví u pacientů s kardiovaskulárním onemocněním. Práce je zpracována jako literární přehledová studie, která analyzuje údaje získané na základě vybraných studií týkající se ošetřovatelských intervencí, které přispívají u pacientů s kardiovaskulárním onemocněním k lepší spolupráci a dosažení lepších výsledků prevence a léčby kardiovaskulárních rizikových faktorů. V práci jsou představeny formy ošetřovatelských intervencí a jejich dopady na pacienty léčené pro kardiovaskulární onemocnění. Dále práce zahrnuje odborná doporučení, vycházející z obsahu výzkumných studií, pro využití v praxi a možný budoucí výzkum.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of improving adherence in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. This work focuses on nursing interventions that nurses use in practice to support the health of patients with cardiovascular disease. The work is processed as a review study that analyzes data obtained from selected studies related to nursing interventions that contribute to better cooperation and achieve better results in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular risk factors in patients with cardiovascular disease. The thesis introduces forms of nursing interventions and their impacts on patients treated for cardiovascular disease. Furthermore, the thesis includes expert recommendations based on the content of research studies for practical application and possible future research.en
