dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na tématiku bezpečí pacientů v anestezii. Část teoretická pojednává o managementu bezpečí pacientů v anestezii a anestezii jako oboru. Praktickou část tvoří analýza dat kvantitativního výzkumu zaměřeného na všeobecné sestry pracující na anesteziologických odděleních nemocnic. Jsou zde zpracovány údaje o jejich znalostech souvisejících s bezpečím pacientů a využití těchto znalostí v praxi. Cílem práce je zhodnocení informovanosti sester o problematice bezpečí pacientů v anestezii. Jedním z vytyčených cílů je vytvoření návrhu listu bezpečnostní procedury pro vyšší bezpečnost pacientů v anestezii. Tato diplomová práce poukazuje na důležitost zajišťování a zvyšování úrovně bezpečí pacientů v oboru anestezie. Obsahuje informace, které by měly pomoci rozšířit znalosti o problematice zvyšování bezpečí pacientů v anestezii.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe dissertation is focused on the topic of patient safety in anesthesia. The teoretical part deals with the management of patient safety in anesthesia and anesthesia as a field. The practical part consists of data analysis of quantitative reserch aimed at nurses working in anesthetic departments of hospitals. There are processed data of their knowledges related to a patienťs safety in anesthesia and use these knowledges in practice. The aim is to assess the awarwness of nurses in the issue of patient safety in anesthesia. One of the goals is to create a sheet procedure for greater patint safety in anesthesia. This dissertation refers to the importance of ansuring and enhancing the level of patient safety in the field of anesthesia. It contains informations that should help expand knowledges about issue of increasing patinet safety in anesthesia.en
