dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou neurodegenerativních onemocnění a možnostmi jejich fyzioterapeutické intervence. Je zpracována formou literární rešerše. Cílem práce je zmapování rehabilitační péče daných onemocnění za pomocí nastudování odborné literatury a precizního vyhledání odpovídajících studií. Vyhledané studie byly podrobeny podrobné analýze, z nichž bylo vybráno celkem 10 metodologicky odpovídajících studií za použití databází Pubmed, Medline a Google Scholar. Analytický proces je popsán ve vývojovém diagramu. Literární rešerše prokázala, že existuje hojné množství rozmanitých terapeutických přístupů, kterými lze zacílit na specifické příznaky neurodegenerace, je možné cvičením zlepšit kognici a naopak. Rehabilitace příznivě ovlivňuje psychický stav pacienta, avšak samotný neurodegenerativní proces za pomocí fyzioterapeutické intervence zpomalit nelze.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis summarizes physiotherapeutic intervention for patients suffering with neurodegenerative diseases. It has been written as a literary research. The purpose of this thesis is to descripe rehabilitation of neurodegenerative diseases by the means of studying apropriate literature and precise research of studies. These studies were analyzed and 10 studies were metodologicaly selected using databases such as Pubmed, Medline and Goo-gle Scholar. The process of analysis is described through a evolutionary diagram. The literary research demostrated there are several various therapeutic interventions that affect specific symptoms of neurodegeneration. It is possible to improve cognition as well as physical ability by the means of exercise. Rehabilitation favorably affects psychical condition but on the other hand neurodegeneration itself is impossible to be altered by physiotherapeutic intervention.en
