dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na úroveň informovanosti pacientů před kardiochirurgickým výkonem. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na obecnou komunikaci, ale i na komunikaci zaměřenou přímo ve zdravotnickém prostředí. Věnuji se charakterizování edukace a také představuji obecně obor kardiochirurgie s jejími nejčastějšími druhy operací a možnými pooperačními komplikacemi. V neposlední řadě se snažím přiblížit specifika edukace a přípravy pacienta na kardiochirurgickém oddělení. V praktické části je představeno kvantitativní výzkumné šetření. Představuji zde také výzkumný problém, hlavní cíl práce s dílčími cíli, otázkami a předpoklady, a také celou metodiku mé práce. V neposlední řadě je závěr mé práce, který přiblíží výsledky mého výzkumného šetření.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis focuses on the level of patient awareness prior to cardiac surgery. In the theoretical part I focus on general communication, but also on communication aimed directly in the medical setting. I focus on the characterization of education and also introduce the field of cardiac surgery in general with its most common types of surgery and possible postoperative complications. Last but not least, I try to present the specifics of education and patient preparation in the cardiac surgery ward. In the practical part, a quantitative research investigation is presented. I also present the research problem, the main aim of the thesis with sub-objectives, questions and assumptions, and the whole me-todicy of my work. Last but not least, the conclusion of my thesis is presented to approach the results of my research investigation.	en
