dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá především aterosklerózou a rizikovými faktory, které toto onemocně-ní podněcují. Mezi rizikové faktory patří hlavně dyslipidemie, kouření, arteriální hypertenze, obezita a diabetes mellitus. Dále je v teoretické části popsán LDL-cholesterol, možnosti jeho stanovení a jeho účinek na lidský organismus. Praktická část je zaměřena na porovnání dvou metod stanovení LDL-cholesterolu a na faktory, které by tato stanovení mohly ovlivnit. První metoda je stanovení přímo a druhá výpočtem. Bylo zjištěno, že triglyceridy ovlivňují nepřímé stanovení, takže rozdíly mezi metodami korelují s koncentracemi triglyceridů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part deals mainly with atherosclerosis and risk factors that stimulate the disease. Risk factors include dyslipidemia, smoking, arterial hypertension, obesity and diabetes mellitus. Further, the theoretical part describes LDL-cholesterol, possibilities of its determination and its effect on the human organism. The practical part is focused on the comparison of two methods of determination of LDL-cholesterol and on the factors that could influence this determination. The first method is determination directly and the other method is the calculation. We found, that triglycerides influence the indirect assay, so differences between methods correlate with triglyceride concentrations.en
