dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá překladem textů z oblasti lidských zdrojů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je představena teorie překladu a je vysvětlen pojem překlad, překladatelské procedury a metody, úloha překladatele a funkční styly. Praktická část se skládá z překladu z anglického do českého jazyka, komentáře k překladu, ve kterém jsou vysvětleny různé gramatické a lexikální jevy, a glosáře, ve kterém je přeložena vybraná terminologie a klíčové výrazy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor thesis deals with translation of texts from the field of human resources. The thesis is divided into two main parts - the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part, there is introduced a theory of translation, which include translation as a term, translation procedures and methods, tasks of a translator and functional styles. The practical part consists of translation from the English language into Czech, commentary to translation, in which there are explained different grammatical and lexical phenomena, and glossary, in which there are translated choosen terminology and key words.en
