| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na kvalitu života dialyzovaných pacientů. Je složena z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na historii dialyzační léčby, její rozvoj a dostupnost, a to především v západočeském kraji. Praktická část je zaměřena na porovnání kvality života pacienta léčeného 29 let hemodialýzou a pacienta, který v průběhu života zažil více metod léčení selhání ledvin. Použila jsem kvalitativní výzkum s použitím polostandardizovaného rozhovoru. | cs |

In the theoretical part is discussed the history of dialyze treatment, ist development and accessibility, primarily in the West Bohemian Region. The practical part is focused on the life quality comparison of patient treated for 29 years with haemodialysis and the paciant who tested all the available methods of treatment dealing with the kidney failure.
