dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o dva pacienty s dekubity. Teoretická část je věnována vzniku dekubitů, jejich klasifikaci, lokalizaci, prevenci vzniku proleženin i jejich léčbě. V praktické části je popsán průběh hospitalizace na interním oddělení u dvou vybraných nemocných s dekubity v časovém horizontu několika týdnů. Je popsána ošetřovatelská péče o tyto nemocné, stanoveny nejčastější ošetřovatelské diagnózy, popis rány je doplněn fotodokumentací. Nezbytnou součástí ošetřovatelské péče je edukace, která je uvedena v závěru práce. Tato edukace je zaměřena na polohování nemocných a edukaci o diabetické dietě.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor thesis is focused on nursing care for two patients with decubitus. The theoretical part is devoted to formation decubitus, their classification, localization, prevention of pressure sores and their treatment. The practical part describes the process of several weeks hospitalization of the patients with decubitus in the department of internal medicine. There is description of the nursing care for these patients, determination the most frequent nursing diagnoses. Description of the wound is accompanied by photographs. A necessary part of nursing care is education which is mentioned in the conclusion. This education is aimed at positioning the sick patients and the diabetic diet.en
