dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou péče o pacienty intoxikované oxidem uhelnatým. Cílem teoretické části práce je představit oxid uhelnatý, shrnout nejčastější způsoby intoxikace tímto plynem a popsat mechanizmus účinku na lidský organismus. Teoretická část se také zabývá možnostmi léčby intoxikace oxidem uhelnatým v přednemocniční a nemocniční neodkladné péči a vysvětlením pojmu hyperbarická oxygenoterapie. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou pak popsány kazuistiky pacientů, kterým byla na oddělení Emergency stanovena diagnóza intoxikace oxidem uhelnatým. V kazuistikách je popsán jak diagnostika a postup léčby v přednemocniční neodkladné péči zdravotnickou záchrannou službou, tak i diagnostika a zaléčení pacienta v neodkladné nemocniční péči na oddělení Emergency. Součástí praktické části je také mapa, která informuje o aktuální dostupnosti a rozmístěním hyperbarických komor v České republice.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis examines care of pacients intoxicaded by carbon monoxide. The aim of the theoretical part is to introduce carbon monoxide, summarize the most common ways of intoxication with this gas and describe the mechanism of action on the human body. The theoretical part also examine the possibilities of treatment of carbon monoxide intoxication in pre-hospital and hospital emergency care and an explanation of the term hyperbaric oxygen therapy. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis are described case reports of patients who have been diagnosed with carbon monoxide intoxication in the Emergency department. In casuistry, the diagnostics and treatment process of pre-hospital urgent care carried out by the ambulance is described, as well as the diagnostics and treatment in an urgent hospital care at the Emergency department. Part of the practical part is also a map that informs about the current availability and deployment of hyperbaric chambers in the Czech Republic.	en
