dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kožních a slizničních projevů HIV/AIDS a jejich významem pro diagnostiku. V teoretické části je stručný popis infekce. Jsou popsány charakteristické kožní projevy spojené s infekcí HIV a jejich klasifikace, dále přidružené sexuálně přenosné infekce (STI) komplikující tuto infekci význam koinfekcí a komplikací a také vliv antiretrovirové terapie (ART) na tyto dermatologické projevy. Pozornost je věnována i roli dermatologické péče a možnosti využití kožních změn jako diagnostického ukazatele v různých stádiích infekce. Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu realizovaném formou dotazníkového šetření mezi zdravotnickým personálem. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, které kožní projevy, přidružené infekce a ostatní sexuálně přenosné infekce jsou zdravotnickým personálem vnímány jako první signály přítomnosti HIV/AIDS. Výsledky výzkumu poukazují na skutečnost, že i přes určité povědomí o problematice existují oblasti, ve kterých by bylo vhodné zlepšit informovanost zdravotníků. dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelo thesis deals with the issue of cutaneous and mucosal manifestations of HIV/AIDS and their significance for diagnosis. The theoretical part provides a brief overview of the infection. It describes the characteristic skin manifestations associated with HIV infection and their classification, as well as coexisting sexually transmitted infections (STI) that complicate the course of the disease, the role of coinfections and complications, and the impact of antiretroviral therapy (ART) on these dermatologycal symptoms. Attention is also paid to the importance of dermatological care and the potential use of skin changes as diagnostic indicators at various stages of infection. The practical part of the thesis is based on quantitave research conducted through a questionnaire survey among healthcare professionals. The aim of the research was the identify which skin manifestations, coexisting infections, and other sexually transmitted infection are perceived by healthcare workers as the initial signs of HIV/AIDS. The research findings indicate that although there is a certain level of awareness of the issue, there are still areas where the knowledge of healthcare professionals could be improved. Detailed results of the study are presented in thepractical part of the thesis.en
