dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu a charakteristikou firmy Bonavia servis. V jednotlivých procesech jsou popsány postupy při opravách, objednávání a vydávání náhradních dílů. V další části je popsáno skladové hospodářství firmy i s jednotlivými toky materiálu na dílčích pracovištích. V závěru práce je věnována pozornost analýze procesů a výběru vhodných postupů pro efektivní řešení oprav vozidel.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this thesis is an analysis of present situation and characterization of company Bonavia servis. All procedures during particular processes are described such as reparations, ordering and issuing of spare parts. In the other part, company's warehouse management is described, even with single material flow in sectional departements. Conclusion is focused on an analysis of processes and selection of appropriate methods for efficient solutions of car repairs.en
