dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce bylo předložit poznatky o sexuálním obtěžování studentů ošetřovatelství během odborné praxe. Sexuální obtěžování studentů ošetřovatelství během odborné praxe je téma, které si zaslouží zvláštní pozornost, neboť má dalekosáhlé důsledky nejen pro jedince, ale i pro kvalitu a bezpečnost poskytované péče. Tato práce byla zpracována jako literární přehled a bylo zjištěno, že sexuální obtěžování konané na studentech ošetřovatelství je hlavně verbálního charakteru, hlavními pachateli jsou pacienti a jejich příbuzní. Zároveň má sexuální obtěžování velký vliv na psychické zdraví studentů ošetřovatelství a způsobuje stud, strach či hněv. Sexuální obtěžování v ošetřovatelství je vážným jevem, který bude vyžadovat další výzkum a pozornost ze strany zdravotnických institucí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this bachelor's thesis was to present findings on sexual harassment of nursing students during clinical practice. Sexual harassment of nursing students during clinical practice is a topic that deserves special attention because it has far-reaching implications not only for the individual, but also for the quality and safety of the care provided. This thesis was designed as a literature review, and it was found that sexual harassment taking place on nursing students is mainly verbal in nature, the main perpetrators being patients and their relatives. At the same time, sexual harassment has a great impact on the psycho-logical health of nursing students and causes shame, fear or anger. Sexual harassment in nursing is a serious phenomenon that will require further research and attention from he-alth care institutions.en
