dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá vývojem ošetřovatelské péče na intenzivním oddělení v naší republice. Je rozdělena na kapitoly, které popisují jednak vznik oboru samotného, tak období od 60 let 20. století až po současnost. První kapitola obsahuje stručně historii a vývoj anestezie a resuscitace, jelikož spolu tyto dva obory úzce souvisí. Součástí je vývoj jak ve světě, tak v naší zemi. Další čtyři kapitoly popisují práci všeobecné sestry v intenzivní péčí, které se především zaměřují na techniku daného období, potřeby soběstačnosti, výživu a dokumentaci od 60. let 20. století až po dnešní dobu. Předposlední kapitola je popisem psychické a fyzické zátěže všeobecné sestry, jež obnáší tato práce na jednotkách intenzivní péče. Poslední kapitola je zaměřená na komunikaci s pacientem a jeho rodinou.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor Thesis deals with history of nursery-care at the intensive-care unit in the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into chapters, discussing the origin of this branch as well as the period of its development since1960´s. The first chapter encompasses a brief description of history and development of anaesthesia and resuscitation, since these two branches are closely each other. The development of anaesthesia and resuscitation in the world as well as in the Czech Republic is also included in the Bachelor Thesis. Following four chapters describe the nursery work in the intensive care unit and they are especially focused on the technologies used in that period, on the needs of self-sufficiency, nutrition and documentation since the 1960´s. The sixth chapter deals with mental and physical stress which is a part of work at the intensive-care unit. The last chapter is focused on communication with the patient and his/her family.	en
