dc.description.abstractPráce se věnuje postmodernímu vojensko-organizačnímu konceptu swarmingu. Text je členěn na tři samostatné segmenty - akademicko-teoretický (strategický), vojensko-historický (taktický) a herně-simulační (operační). Výchozí hypotéza (že vojenské elity vykazují největší vliv na formování swarmingu) byla falsifikována a bylo dosaženo závěru, že swarming je tvořen konjunkcí všech zkoumaných aktérů s dominantním zastoupením akademických elit, které na formování swarmingu vykazují signifikantní vliv.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis paper concentrates on the postmodern military concept of swarming and is divided into three main chapters - the scientific-theoretical (strategic), military-practical (tactical) and game-simulation (operational)segments. The main goal of these segments is to verify the hypothesis of this paper - the military elites have the most profound influence on the development of swarming. According to my analysis, swarming consists of at least three symmetrical components. The most important of them seems to be the scientific-theoretical one.en
