dc.description.abstractTématem práce je poresuscitační péče po srdeční zástavě, kdy je indikována cílená regulace tělesné teploty. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky o srdeční zástavě, seznamuje s novinkami Guidelines 2015, informuje o metodách aplikace cílené regulace tělesné teploty a podrobně popisuje úlohu sestry v poresuscitační péči o pacienta po srdeční zástavě a specifika ošetřovatelské péče při využívaní jednotlivých metod. Praktická část se věnuje kazuistikám třech pacientů, u nichž byla použita odlišná metoda aplikace cílené regulace tělesné teploty. Ošetřovatelská péče je vedena dle modelu V. Hendersonové, přičemž jsou ze čtrnácti základních potřeb jedince vybrány oblasti související s metodou regulace tělesné teploty a aktuálním stavem pacienta v bezvědomí. Součástí praktické části je vytvoření manuálu vybrané metody pro sestry pracující na jednotce intenzivní péče.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this thesis is post-resuscitation care after cardiac arrest when pointed regulation of body temperature is indicated. The theoretical part lists current knowledge about cardiac arrest, presents the news from Guidelines 2015, informs about methods of application of pointed body temperature regulation, and describes in more detail the role of nurse in post-resuscitation care of patient after cardiac arrest and specifics of nursing care when using individual methods. The practical part is devoted to a case study of three patients with different method of application of the pointed body temperature regulation used in each case. The nursing care is conducted based on the model from V. Henderson. In this thesis, the areas connected to the current unconscious state of the patient and methods of body temperature regulation are chosen from the fourteen basic needs of an individual. The practical part is to create a manual method selected for nurses working in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).en
