dc.description.abstractBolest je nežádoucí jev, který může být spojený s onemocněním nebo traumatem, omezující člověka, jak v soběstačnosti, tak i v průběhu terapie. V teoretické části byly představeny základní pojmy spojené s bolestí, dále byl blíže představen pojem spasticita a bolest jako jedna z jejích hlavních komplikací. V neposlední řadě popisuje možnost využití ergoterapie v této problematice. Výzkumná část probíhala formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s ergoterapeuty, jež se setkávají v rámci praxe s pacienty postižený spasticitou horní končetiny. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jaké metody a techniky využívají ergoterapeuti pro zvládání bolesti u těchto pacientů. Dílčím cílem bylo zjistit, zda ergoterapeuti při léčbě bolesti spojené se spasticitou horní končetiny přistupují k problému multidisciplinárně a zda pacientům poskytují edukaci v oblasti autoterapie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedPain is an undesirable phenomenon that can be associated with disease or trauma, limiting a person, both in selfsufficiency and during therapy. The theoretical part introduced the basic concepts associated with pain, then the concept of spasticity and pain as one of its main complications was presented in more detail. And last but not least, it describes the possibility of using occupational therapy in this issue. The research part took the form of a semi-structured interview with occupational therapists who meet patients affected by upper limb spasticity in their practice. The main goal of the bachelor's thesis was to find out what methods and techniques occupational therapists use to manage pain associated with upper limb spasticity. A partial goal was to find out whether occupational therapists approach the problem multidisciplinary when treating pain associated with upper limb spasticity and whether they provide patients with education in the field of autotherapy.en
