| dc.description.abstract | Genderové nerovnosti jsou situace, při kterých pohlaví či gender ovlivňuje to, jak je s daným člověkem zacházeno. Bakalářská práce se zabývá genderovými nerovnostmi na trhu práce v oblasti průmyslu a školství. Nerovnosti zkoumá na území města Prachatice a spolupracuje s místní školou a také s místní automotive firmou. Cílem práce je komparace genderových nerovností v oblasti průmyslu a školství ve vybraném regionu. Při výzkumu byl využit smíšený design výzkumu, a to kombinace polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s dotazníkovým šetřením. | cs |
