dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá využitím možnosti canisterapie u pacientů s kognitivní poruchou z hlediska ergoterapie. Skládá se z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část popisuje historii zooterapie, canisterapii, kognitivní poruchy - demence a především použití canisterapie v léčbě demence v ergoterapii. Praktická část je zaměřena na kazuistická šetření čtyř klientů, kteří byli jednotlivě léčeni pomocí canisterapie. Reakce klientů na canisterapii a její vliv na demenci klientů byly zaznamenávány do terapeutických jednotek. Cíl práce byl splněn, hypotézy byly potvrzeny tři ze tří.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work deals with using the possibilities of canine therapy in patients with cognitive impairment from the perspective of occupational therapy. It consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the history of animal assisted therapy, canine therapy, cognitive impairment - dementia and particularly the us of canine therapy in for dementia in occupational therapy. The practical part is focused on the casuistic investigation of four clients, which were individually treated by canine therapy. Client reactions on the canine therapy and its impact on clients´dementia were recorded in therapeutic units. The objective of the work was fulfilled, hypotheses have been confirned in three of the three defined.en
