| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem této diplomové práce je zpracování návrhu na navýšení kapacity výrobní linky ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní pojmy, termíny a metody spojené s analýzou, hodnocením a účinným ovlivňováním produktivity výrobních systémů. V praktické části je uveden popis vybrané společnosti a jejího výrobního systému. Následuje popis postupu zprůchodnění výrobní jednotky. Důraz je kladen především na analýzu výchozího stavu, určení úzkých míst a jejich postupné zprůchodňování prostřednictvím vybraných metod pracovních studií. | cs |

Theoretical part describes basic terms and methods associated with analysis, evaluation and effective management of productivity of production systems. The accent is put especially on thorough analysis of the initial state of assembly line, detection of bottlenecks and increasing of capacity preferentially by the means of chosen methods of working studies. | en |
