| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o dva pacienty s chronickým defektem a jejich každodenními problémy. Teoretická část je věnována chronickému defektu, jeho hodnocení a léčbě. V praktické části je popsán ošetřovatelský proces u dvou vybraných pacientů léčených metodou negativního podtlaku. Zmíněna jsou specifika péče o ránu, popis rány, zmapovány jsou nejčastější ošetřovatelské diagnózy. Nezbytnou součástí je také oblast edukace nemocných, která je doložena v závěru práce. | cs |
