dc.description.abstractPředmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace novostavby ''Hotel Nové Mlýny s restaurací a vinným sklepem'' ke stavebnímu povolení. Stavba hotelu je umístěna v blízkosti obce Pasohlávky na okraji vodní nádrže Nové Mlýny. Hotel je koncipován jako tří podlažní budova bez podzemních podlaží. Hotelový objekt obsahuje restaurační zařízení, 32 ubytovacích jednotek pro hosty, rekreační služby, dva konferenční sály a dvě střešní terasy. Součástí návrhu je i pochozí zelená střecha posledního nadzemního podlaží. V dokumentaci jsem se zaměřila na konstrukční, materiálové, technické, hygienické a požární řešení celé stavby v rozsahu dokumentace pro stavební povolení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation of the new building ''Hotel Nové Mlýny with a restaurant and a wine cellar'' for the issuance of a building permit. The building of hotel is located near the village Pasohlávky on the edge of dam Nové Mlýny. Hotel is designed as a three-storey building without underground floors. The hotel building includes restaurant facilities, 32 accommodation units for guests, recreational services, two conference halls and two roof terraces. The design also includes a walkable green roof of the top floor. In this documentation, I focused on the structural, material, technical, hygienical and fire solutions of the entire building in the scope of documentation for building permits.en
