| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá poruchou grafomotoriky, která se zařazuje mezi výraznou problematiku u dětí s dětskou mozkovou obrnou ve školním věku. Kromě omezené hybnosti má dítě s DMO i různé přidružené poruchy, mezi které patří i poruchy grafomotoriky. Dítě, které neprojde fází lezení ve vývojové ontogenezi, má problém v oblasti řeči a grafomotoriky. Mezi příčinu poruchy grafomotoriky u těchto dětí patří také přetrvávání primitivních reflexů. U dětí s nezralým lezením je možnost vyvolat primární palmární úchopový reflex na ruce, který výrazně narušuje úchop psacího náčiní pro nácvik grafomotoriky. Mimo jiné přetrvávání primárních reflexů může ovlivňovat koordinaci oko - ruka nebo jemnou motoriku ruky. Teoretická část této práce zahrnuje obecné vymezení pojmu grafomotoriky či poruch grafomotorických schopností a především zaměření se na využití ergoterapie u této problematiky. Praktická část zahrnuje vyšetření přetrvávajících primitivních reflexů, které narušují úchop ruky a výrazně ovlivňují zlepšení v oblasti grafomotoriky u dětí s DMO. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with the graphomotor disorder, which is classified as a significant issue in children with cerebral palsy at school age. In addition to limited motion, the child with cerebral palsy also has various disorders, which include graphomotor disorders. A child who does not pass the climbing phase in developmental ontogenesis has a speech and graphomotor problem. The persistence of primitive reflexes also plays a role in these children's graphomotor disorder. In children with immature climbing, the possibility is to induce a primary palm grip reflex on the hand that significantly disrupts the grip of writing tools for graphomotorics exercises. Among other things, the persistence of primary reflexes may affect eye-hand coordination or gentle hand motor control. The theoretical section includes a general definition of the concept of graphomotor skills or dysfunction in graphomotor skills and above all, a focus on the use of occupational therapy in these problem areas. The practical part involves examining persistent primitive reflexes that interfere with the grip with hand and significantly affect improvements in graphomotor skills in children with DMO. | en |
