dc.description.abstractPráce nesoucí název: "Život rodiny s extrémně nezralým novorozencem" mapuje péči o extrémně nezralého novorozence od chvíle jeho narození, přes pobyt na neonatologické JIRP, až po jeho propuštění do domácí péče a následný život rodiny s ním. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty základní informace o extrémně nezralém novorozenci a o jeho péči v podmínkách neonatologické JIRP, jsou zde nastíněny následky nedonošenosti, péče o rodiče a význam rodiny pro raný vývoj dítěte. Praktická část práce je opřena o kvalitativní výzkum, založený na rozhovorech se šesti matkami, které líčí, jak narození extrémně nezralého novorozence ovlivnilo chod jejich rodiny. Součástí práce jsou fotografie dětí ze zkoumaných rodin.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe study called: "Life of a family with an extremely premature newborn" describes care of an extremely premature newborn from the moment of the delivery, then during the treatment at the NICU and finally after the discharge into home care and the following life of the family with the newborn. In the theoretical part there is summarized the basic information about an extremely premature newborn and the needed care within the hospitalization at the NICU, there are mentioned the consequences of prematurity, care of parents and the importance of the family for the early development of a baby. The practical part is aimed at a qualitative research based on interviews with six mothers who describe the influence of the delivery of an extremely premature newborn on their families' common life. The study includes photos of children from the participating families.en
