| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce je na základě analýzy finančního zdraví vybrané neziskové organizace navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení stávající situace organizace. První část práce je tvořena teoretickými východisky, která se týkají problematiky neziskových organizací a jejich finančního řízení. V praktické části práce je představena organizace Hospic Sv. Jiří o.p.s. a její činnost. Následně je představena skladba finančních zdrojů organizace a jejích výdajů. Na základě finančních výkazů je provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza. Dále je provedena analýza poměrových ukazatelů a zhodnoceno finanční zdraví organizace. Závěrečná část práce je věnována doporučením a možným zlepšením současného stavu organizace. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of the diploma thesis is to propose measures to improve the current financial situation of the selected non-profit organization based on the financial analysis. The first part of the thesis consists of theoretical terms about non-profit organizations and their financial management. In the practical part of this thesis the organization Hospic Sv. Jiří, its mission and goals are introduced. Subsequently, the composition of the financial resources of the organization and its expenses are presented. A horizontal and vertical financial analysis is performed based on financial statements. Furthermore, an analysis of ratio indicators is carried out and the financial health of the organization is evaluated. The final part of the work is devoted to recommendations and possible improvements to the current state of the organization. | en |
