dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na problematiku ochrany osobních údajů v České republice, konkrétně pak na téma dopadů GDPR na ekonomický subjekt - Magistrát města Plzně. Práce obsahuje hlavní náležitosti tohoto evropského nařízení, jeho historii, základní pojmy a další důležitá témata. Dále zde dochází k identifikaci a vyhodnocení konkrétních dopadů prostřednictvím několika výzkumných metod. Na základě zjištěných výstupů je provedena analýza rizik, která slouží jako podklad pro předložení zlepšujících opatření v této oblasti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on the issue of personal data protection in the Czech Republic and more specifically, on the impact of GDPR on one particular economic subject - The Government Office of Pilsen. The thesis contains the main requisites of this European regulation, its history, basic terms and other relevant important topics. The theoretical part is followed by the identification and evaluation of specific impacts using several research methods. The research itself reveals specific risk factors and its findings then serve as the basis (starting point) for the improvement measures in this area.en
