dc.description.abstractCílem této práce je zkoumání profilu stávajícího studenta strojní fakulty se zaměřením na konstrukci, jako budoucího zaměstnance na trhu práce, a úprava profilu v souvislosti s požadavky Průmyslu 4.0. Hlavním výsledkem práce je návrh nového profilu studenta technického směru. Pro naplnění cíle práce bylo nutné postoupit několik základních kroků, zejména definování pojmu kompetence, kompetenční profil. Z hlediska cíle práce se jedná o klíčový pojem "Průmysl 4.0. Kompetenční model studenta strojní fakulty byl vytvářen dle vzoru Národní soustavy povolání, který se skládá z měkkých kompetencí, obecných kompetencí a odborných znalostí a dovedností. Vytvořený kompetenční model tvoří základní rámec pro další zkoumání na strojní fakultě. Návrh vzdělávání v tomto oboru může byt použít strojní fakultou pro sestavení nových vzdělávacích programů v oblasti Průmyslu 4.0 ve všech oborech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this thesis is to examine the skills profile of the students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering with a focus on the Department of Machine design as a future employee on the labor market, and profile modification in connection with concept Industry 4.0. The result of this thesis is a creation of the model of a new skills profile of students of the technical direction. To accomplish the goal of the research, several basic steps have to be taken. At the beginning, the following notions were defined: competence and competence profile. From the point of view of the goal of the thesis, a key concept is the "Industry 4.0". The model of skills profile for the students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering was created by means of using the Competence Model of the National System of Occupation, consisted of soft competencies, general competencies and professional knowledge and skills. The created competency model will form the basis for further study at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. The new model can be used for prepare of the new educational programs in Industry 4.0 in all disciplines.en
