| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tříděním raněných při mimořádných událostech s hromadným postižením osob. Rozdělena je na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se zabýváme integrovaným záchranným systémem, jeho složením a jednotlivými složkami. Dále mimořádnými událostmi, krizovými situacemi a jejich rozdělením. V poslední kapitole teoretické části je popsáno třídění raněných, jeho historie, metody a systémy, pomocí kterých se třídění provádí. V praktické části jsou rozpracovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které bylo prováděno na zdravotnických záchranných službách. Hlavním cílem tohoto šetření bylo vytvořit přehled typů identifikačních a třídicích karet, které jsou využívané na území České republiky. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The topic of this bachelor thesis is triage of wounded in mass casualty situations. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part of this thesis describes emergency services in Czech Republic and composition of this system, extraordinary situations, crisis situations and their classification system. Last chapter of theoretical part describes triage of wounded people, its history, and systems of triage, which are used in the Czech Republic and in other countries. The practical part of this thesis presents the results of a questionnaire survey, which took place at the Emergency Medical Services in the Czech Republic. The main aim of questionnaire survey was to create overview of cards, which are used in situations with mass injured people. | en |
