dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou onkologických onemocnění kůže a znalostmi všeobecných a praktických sester v této oblasti. Teoretická část práce se věnuje charakteristice a klasifikaci kožních nádorů, příčinám a prevenci vzniku nejčastějších kožních malignit - spinaliomu, bazaliomu, melanomu a T - lymfomu. Zabývá se také diagnostikou a léčbou kožních nádorových onemocnění. V závěru teoretické části je popsána role sestry v oblasti edukace pacientů o prevenci onkologických onemocnění kůže. V empirické části práce jsou vyhodnoceny stanovené hypotézy za pomoci kvantitativního výzkumu a základních statistických metod. Ukazuje se, že sestry nemají dostatečné znalosti v problematice onkologických onemocnění kůže a uvítaly by více informací. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zmapovat úroveň znalostí všeobecných a praktických sester v problematice onkologických onemocnění kůže. Vytvořit návrh na edukační seminář pro sestry a ucelený leták na nástěnky pro pacienty.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the problematics of oncological skin diseases and knowled-ges of general and practical nurses in this sphere. The theoretical part deals with the charac-teristic and classification of skin tumors, causes and prevention of the formation of the most common skin malignancies - spinalioma, basalioma, melanoma and T-lymphoma. He deals with the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer. At the end of the theoretical part is described the role of the nurse in the field of patient education on the prevention of onco-logical skin diseases. In the empirical part of the thesis are evaluated hypotheses using qu-antitative research and basic statistical methods. Revealations that nurses have not suffi-cient knowledge of malignant skin diseases and would welcome more information. The main output of the work was to map the level of knowledges of general and practical nurs-es in the field of malignant skin diseases. Create education seminar for nurses and complete leaflet on the notice - board for patients.en
